Vehicle Eligibility and Parking Rules
Not all facilities can accommodate oversized or extended vehicles. Customers with larger vehicles should contact the onsite parking attendant to confirm clearance before parking.
Monthly parking permits are valid only for the specific garage assigned and cannot be used at other locations.
Lending or selling a parking permit is prohibited. Each permit is linked to the individual account holder, who remains responsible for its use at all times. If you wish to report a lost or stolen permit or want to cancel your monthly account, please contact Monthly Accounts.
A first violation results in a warning. A second violation may result in vehicle impound. Depending on the violation, vehicles may also be subject to towing under the City of Los Angeles Municipal Code.
Monthly Parking Applications and Setup
Customers can apply for monthly parking online through the website or by contacting the Monthly Accounts Department at (213) 629-3263 to request an application by email, fax, or mail. Paper applications are also available at garage booths.

Payments, Billing, and Receipts
Accepted payment options include credit cards, automatic bank draft, online payments, and personal or corporate checks. Most payments can be made at attended parking locations.
Customers will receive an invoice or receipt for their payments.
Customers can log in to the My Account section of the website to update personal details, billing information, or other account settings.
Lost, Stolen, or Replacement Permits
Customers are responsible for the care and custody of their monthly parking permit or access card.
Customers must contact the Monthly Accounts Department to void the previous permit or access card and request a replacement. Having the account number ready will help speed up the process.
Replacement fees vary by location. In some cases, pro-rated replacement rates may be available. Alternatively, customers may choose to pay the posted daily rate or stop parking at that location for the remainder of the month.
Garage Access, Hours, and Special Rates
Attended operation hours and closing times are clearly displayed at garage entrances. Contact information and after-hours vehicle release fees are also posted onsite.
Many locations offer special evening and weekend parking rates. Availability varies by location, and rates are clearly displayed at each facility.
