DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES & NATIONAL EXPANSION
As a prominent parking operator for downtown Los Angeles, Joe’s Auto Parks provides DTLA commuters with over 90 parking locations. In our efforts to expand, we also understand the importance of raising the value of the locations we currently own, by establishing a safe and secure environment with affordable options.
This past year we’ve underwent heavy construction and renovation with the re-opening of our 990 W. 8th street parking facility – a convenient neighbor to 777, 801, 865 and 888 business towers and only minutes away from fun, live entertainment – and most recently the re-opening of our 746 S. Hope location, with implemented security upgrades and extended hours. For the upcoming year in 2016, new plans for the renovation of our 812 S. Grand location are currently underway.
As we continue to branch out into other parts of southern California, including our newly added lots in Pasadena, San Diego and Inglewood, Joe’s is excited to further national expansion with our recently acquired parking location at the Plaza Garage Orlando, we are currently implementing a few welcome changes to reassure even better service.
In addition to the renovations and new additions of our Joe’s Auto Parks locations, we pride ourselves in establishing new partnerships through the management of our corporate accounts to provide a solution for any unmet parking need.
With a deeply rooted history in downtown LA we’ve partnered with two prestigious landmarks – the stunning, photogenic, Hotel Figueroa and the recently opened Clifton’s Cafeteria, known for its legendary and magical dining experience. To accommodate late night parking due to their extended hours of operations, our premiere valet services are made readily available to their venue patrons. Joe’s embraces the current on-going DTLA renaissance of 2015 and is excited to take part in the resurrection of these renowned and charismatic establishments.
Joe’s Auto Parks continues to expand on their premiere shuttle service with local, corporate and special events by offering customizable solutions to provide transportation for any demand in need. Due to Joe’s specialization in the designing, planning and operating aspects of their shuttle services, transportation solutions include partnerships with LAX Airport, select DTLA schools and major building contractors for construction site accommodations.
Earlier this year, Joe’s Auto Parks partnered with Lorenzo Apartments in Los Angeles to anticipate the overflow of up to 1,000 students for the surrounding USC and FIDM institutions. The 325 W. Adams location not only provides 24-hour shuttle services to-and-from the schools, but also the safety and security of conveniently, covered parking.
Most recently, some of the shuttle service opportunities also include participation in the San Diego Comic-Con event and the transportation of 350 passengers for the LA Auto Show hosted at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
Behind the execution and expansion of Joe’s Auto Parks in 2015 is Charles Bassett, Chief Strategic Development Officer, and Kevin Litwin, Chief Operating Officer. Bassett with over 25 years of experience in the industry is responsible for the oversight and expansion of the company’s strategic development efforts by building key strategic partnerships to drive revenue and grow business, while Litwin manages the current overall growth, operations and development of the Joe’s Auto Parks portfolio.
