Javier Caudillo has been with the Joe’s Auto Parks since December 2015 and has fifteen years of experience in the parking sector. Before he joined Joe’s, Javier was an Operations and Valet Manager for Classic Parking, and a Contract Supervisor with the County of Los Angeles. As Market Manager, Javier will remain over the surface lots and its related accounts, and is responsible for all leadership and people talent in that realm.
